Participate in an Intercultural Volunteering Programme!
Apply now for the “Intergenerational Learning and Living” EU-programme and live in Lower Austria for up to a year while volunteering in one of our Nursing and Care Homes.
What your tasks will be?
- accompanying and caring for elderly people in a Nursing and Care Home in Lower Austria
- learn about reowned methods like biography work & empatic talks
- organize daily activities with the elderly
- take on various tasks around the Nursing and Care Home
Apply if ...
- you are between 18 and 30 years old,
- you have time between 2 and 12 months,
- during this period, you want to live in Austria, learn German and gain intercultural experiences,
- live in the EU (not Austria),
- you enjoy communicating with older people and colleagues from different backrounds.
The programme is entirely funded by the EU (including travel, food and accommodation)!
