Cross-Prehab

The Cross-Prehab project pursues the overarching project objective of improving cooperation between primary and post-operative care in the programme area in the care of patients preparing for knee or hip replacement surgery by motivating and training patients before the operation and integrating the biopsychosocial model for

  • improved state of health (quality of life),
  • shorter hospital stays,
  • faster functional recovery, rehabilitation and 
  • improved state of health after the operation.
